Can this fit a ps5 disc version?

Not sure how big a PS5 is but the internal dims (ie with the foam out) are 18 x 23 cm.

The foam is pre-cut in pull-apart squares so that you can make it fit your item. I no longer have the case so i cannot measure it but the inside dimension if you took all the foam out would be only about 2cm less than the outside dimension.

Does it come with foam trays for shadow tooling

Yes there are two levels of the pick and puck type foam.
