Beard Balm by Percy Nobleman - New all Natural Leave in Conditioner For Men

Being new to growing a beard I had no idea these products existed. Three weeks in and after beginning to itch I looked online and discovered a whole new world. I popped to Boots and picked up a few bits and pieces, then a friend recommended Percy Noblemans. These products have been a real revelation.I used the Percy Nobleman beard oil for a few days and after falling in love with it ordered the beard wash and this beard balm.The beard balm really is the icing on the cake of the Percy Nobleman products collection. The wash is great, leaves you with a clean and soft beard, the oil, works in well, and is also great on the skin, softens the beard and conditions, then once washed and oiled a scoop of balm takes it to another level. I seriously love the smell, can't put my finger on what it is, musky, woody but then a slight hint of citrus, it hits the spot perfectly.The tin is smaller than I thought it would be, but I think the contents will go a long way.The first time I used it it took me back to my childhood days, sitting with a tin of Chelsea Dubbing and cloth all ready to clean my football boots. The consistency is remarkably similar.This product is so easy to use, scoop your thumbnail across the balm and collect a fingernail size blob, rub it in between your palms and fingers, then run it through your beard. Once you have massaged it through take a comb/brush and brush or comb your beard to ensure the products is evenly distributed.Once worked in your beard will be left in great condition, looking great, smelling great and will continue to look after your beard all day, no matter what the weather or what you are up to. It really is great stuff.My beard routine now consists of Percy Nobleman beard wash, Percy Nobleman beard oil then their beard balm. All really excellent products which compliment each other perfectly. Within a few days of using my beard is 100% softer, better conditioned and for the first time I feel in complete control.Cannot recommend all of their products enough. A+++ and the Percy Nobleman guys offer first class customer service.

This balm is simply the best balm out on the market! I'm an established beard grower with about 4" of full face fungus and have been working my way through the beard products and this stuff is just incredible. I'm already using Percy's beard wash and thought I'd try this. Firstly the tin is huge! The last brand I bought was the same size as Percy's moustache wax at about 30g but this thing is 3 times that. It looks great in the bathroom and makes me feel more like I have a product regime now rather than pocket tins that get lost!The ingredients are just ace and I'm well impressed with a babassu base which seems to give an ultra smooth consistency. It's not gritty at all unlike a few others balms I've tried. It's melts very quickly and once applied goes in my beard really easily and soaks in almost instantly. There seems be no grease and gives a little shine whilst it's soaking in. Touching my beard even 15 mins laters leaves no residue on my fingers. This stuff is great! It's gives a little hold too as I need a bit on the chin as I got it shaped recently at Murdocks in London which all beard aficionados should visit btw for a trim!!The next most important thing is the smell and this stuff is quite simply the best smell in a beard product I've come across. Initial smell in the tin has a manly, musky orange scent but once rubbed into the hands just turns into this great and incredibly warm smell that is so good. It evolves even more on the beard and when out and about in the last couple of days I can still smell a lovely musk. There is no bad smells lurking in the background either which I've found in a few other beard products.I do seem a little bit too enthusiastic but I genuinely feel this is warranted. It's huge, smooth and smells amazing. I'm going to start a youtube channel soon on all the products I've tried but this is certainly my number one product.

I had a short beard for a few years but over the past few months I've been growing it a little longer and started to suffer from what I found out was 'beardruff'!I'd tried moisturiser and using hair conditioner on my beard but still there were flakes.I bought this Beard Balm as it had some pretty good reviews. I have not tried any others and it isn't the cheapest but I'm rating it 4 stars as it has done a very good job.The beardruff is now no more and it helps style the bushier areas of my beard. My fiancé has no complaints about the fragrance (which I would describe as mature but my mother described as 'a bit hippy - I can smell the patchouli oil'.Verdict: I bought it to do a job and it has not disappointed.

Really nice product.The balm is solid in the tin, similar to beeswax. The instructions say to scrape some out on the back of a thumbnail, which seems to produce the perfect amount for my beard, then you have to rub it between your hands to melt it before applying. Something I've noticed is that you want to be cautious about getting on your skin - not because it does any harm, but because it makes your skin feel super greasy, and you can't get it off with water alone, you'll need to use soap, so you'll end up washing it out of your beard and reapplying - disaster!The smell is very pleasant, not strong, but just kind of 'there'.I also use it in my hair, using my hair to clean the excess off my hands. It doesn't provide any kind of wax-like hold though, if you're looking for something to control your beard into a specific shape, this won't do it. It will, however, make your beard feel lovely and soft. Finally, it makes combing my beard so much easier and if used before bed, helps keep tangles at bay.

Ho una barba lunga e folta e, dopo molti anni di uso di olii da barba, ho deciso di approdare all'utilizzo del balsamo. Rispetto ad altre marche nelle quali ho riscontrato una certa granulosità (penso dovuta alla diversa percentuale di cera d'apo), il prodotto in questione si presenta omogeneo e facile da lavorare sul palmo delle mani. In fase di applicazione idrata molto bene sia la cute che la barba, lasciando possibilità di modellata. Per quanto riguarda la profumazione, sono rimasto perplesso inizialmente, visto che, amando le essenze "decise", mi sembrava piuttosto blanda; ricredendomi successivamente in quanto l'aroma è durato per tutta la giornata. La profumazione è agrumata, con note che a me hanno ricordato prevalentemente il limone e lo zenzero, essenze che potremmo definire "fresche". Ultima nota, l'INCI del prodotto è molto valido essendo composto quasi totalmente da burri e olii naturali. Che dire, un ottimo prodotto da un brend che non conoscevo e che si è rivelato una sorpresa

Muy buen bálsamo, hidrata muy bien la barba y deja un aroma muy agradable, y si se combina con el aceite también de Percy mucho mejor, yo es lo que hago y genial. Volvería a comprarlo sin duda.

This has brought new life to a beard that has been around for 13+ years and still kicking. I have not avoided but have never really thought about adding a beard oil or balm to my routine. Never really thought i needed one. Let me say i was wrong. If you have or are going to grow a beard grab some of the Nobleman's balm and a good boars hair brush (look at my other reviews there is a really good one on the low), and get to it. This has made my beard much more manageable and softer. The skin underneath and around my beard has benefited from this as well.
