Could I guess my size based off my trouser size?

It's not recommended to guess your size and especially not from your trouser size. Place any measuring tape around your body and measure where your navel is. If you border a size, we recommend you select the bigger size.

Would this product still be of benefit to me if I don't experience any back pain?

The MEDiBrace is used by people who golf, or work out at the gym, or whose job it is to lift heavy objects such as glass panes or boxes. Most of them do not have back pain, but it helps to reduce strain and prevent back problems.

I have a pacemaker and I'm worried about any magnets or metal in this product?

There are no magnets or metal of any kind in the MEDiBrace. You can wear it for an MRI scan or going through Airport Security. The MEDiBrace uses ultra-strong, flexible plastic rods as stays.

How long should I wear my MEDiBrace daily?

How long you wear your MEDiBrace is down to personal preference. Some people wear it for 10 hours a day without a problem, others only during bending and lifting. It's up to you. Although we don't recommend you wear it whilst sleeping.
