Freestanding Floor Mount Tub Filler with Handheld Shower Roman Bathtub Faucet by Brushed Gold Finish, Swivel Spout with Brass Rough-in and Water Hose

I searched for a tub faucet for some time and have done my research on reviews, gallons per minute etc. I’m leaving this review for others that are in the same spot. This is a great sturdy piece of plumbing hardware. It fills my tub incredibly fast (maybe 10 mins). It’s beautiful and well made. I don’t think it’s too tall at all, but my plumber anchored it directly to plywood instead of tile which lowers it by 1 inch. I like it at that height, I don’t have to move it out of my way when I’m using the tub.My only negative comment would be for the manufacturer to redesign the base so that it’s not concave. Water has no place to go and when drops dry they leave a white residue. However, since this is behind the tub I don’t even see it.Really good purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have been purchasing products from this company for over 4 years. The quality of the construction, design and excellent customer service always exceeds my expectations. This particular style was inspired by the Cassidy collection offered through Delta, which I have also previously purchased, but at a much different price-point. The supply lines did need to be shortened by 2" but Kelly took care of shipping that to me, hassle-free, which I have received and we passed inspection yesterday. Thanks and love it!

We purchased the freestanding tub filler and it is beautiful. It is reasonably priced and the quality is very good.The only issue we have experienced is the plumbers have struggled with installation. It is not difficult they just didn’t read the instructions. During installation the plumbers damaged the base cover, damaged the mounting bolts, damaged the hoses and complained the hoses were too long. I contacted Winkear, Hui I Guan, and he has been OUTSTANDING! He has replaced the hoses with new 30”, new 26” and most recently 28”. He also replace the damaged base cap and bolts and provided expedited shipping and processing. I recommend this product and encourage installers to read the instructions

Style goes with many bathrooms and fits well with mine. It’s also very sturdy and well made. Looking forward to many years of use!

I reached out to customer service regarding some leaking. This was my question...Although I purchased last year, I just recently moved into the newly built home where it was installed. The faucet was used only once and has a slow drip in two places, from the main water spout and underneath the hot and cold faucet. Can you please help? I love the faucet but the drips will eventually lead to problems with my floor and tub.
