I think this is great. It sits tight on your head, so no slippage and the hole is a good idea to put your pony tail through. If running when it's cold, it keeps your ears warm but you don't get too hot because it's not covering your entire head. I would recommend it.

I absolutely love this headband and use it for outdoor running weekly. It's great for keeping my ears warm in the cold and keeps my hair out of my face. The ponytail hole is useful as it means the headband can sit where you would want it: over your ears and high on your forehead. I think the band looks pretty stylish too!

Bought this because living in England, some days my ear would get super painful from the cold and wind.So far, it has been great. Stays in place and the pony tail hole is in an ok place, although I'm used to have my pony tail up higher, but still, just a small issue.Otherwise, it's done exactly what I wanted - keeping my fringe out of my face and my ear nice and toasty!

pony tail hole is a good idea, it works some of the time but if you hair is too high up can pull off the ears when running, i ended up not using it

Works great, though I often put it below my pony tail and don't utilise the "hair hole." My husband and sons used it when we hiked the mountains overlooking Loch Loman in winter (since I had the foresight to bring additional head gear!). Highly recommended. Doesn't look "girlie." Quality but inexpensive. Washes well. Not too tight or loose.

Head band looks great. Seems like good quality, well made but only time will tell. It's a present for my daughter so she hasn't tried it on yet. If we have any problems, I'll come and update thus review

Comfy and warm for the winter month runs. I use for both training and race days. This headband hasn't slipped whilst wearing and comfortably holds ponytail (I have long hair, I can't feel it swooshing about my head). When my head gets too warm, I simply wrap it around my wrist or store snuggly in my running belt.Have recommended to my running buddy.
