You will not be disappointed in this!! The best feature for me would be the fact that you can tilt it in many variations. It's heavy so very sturdy, it's beautiful as well. I needed help to assemble because of the weight of it. Happy Painting everyone.

This is my second month of using this easel. I’ve been liking almost everything about it except the part when I had to regulate a canvas. But a couple of days ago I noticed that one of the details got broken. I was really disappointed about it as I expected that for this price the easel had to be of a highest quality. Now I don’t even know how to fix it or where I can buy this detail... I also couldn’t find how to connect with the seller... I’ll be thankful for any advice or recommendation

I am missing a part so I can't assemble this.

Broke while we were assembling. Had to screw another peice of wood to hold together. Very difficult to figure out directions. So displeased.

OK - it took me a week to get the courage to put this together as the directions stink and difficult to understand. It was pretty intimidating and I'm a general contractor in construction. But I had one of my workers do the initial planning and it took him 30 minutes just to get through the first step and with us doing it together, we finally had it assembled an hour later.This is a wonderfully beautiful easel that uses premium materials. I'm actually using it as a front lobby display for signage at my high end B&B and hence why I looked for something that looked good. It's quite heavy and the Red Oak is perfect in every way.If you are looking for a quality easel, be aware that the assembly instructions had a couple things wrong in there - so you might go back a step and repeat to get the wood orientation the right way. I'm including a few pictures so you can compare the orientations are and which way they face. I made the mistakes so now I can hopefully point them out to you. The diagrams they include are very small and hard to read - not to mention having them in the wrong place at a couple of places. Normally I would dock 1 star from the review because of the bad instructions and the amount of work we had to do to correct them but since the easel is so nice in the end and if you use my photos as a guide, it deserves 5 stars in the end for that.

They are all wrapped in a kind of material. Slide all the pieces of wood out of the material, they are all numbered with stickers. Follow the directions, there’s a bit of confusion when you get to the slides. The slide is on a different side than the directions show. Proceeding along, it’s easiest to just forget the directions and put it together logically. I also advise getting a second person to help and a good allen wrench and screwdriver. It comes with a tool you can use, but it’ll take forever that way.Final thoughts: Everything does match up and it is wonderful. Everything works and will adjust to do exactly what I want. I have 2 other easels and neither one of them folds up as flat as this one does. I know this company makes some larger, more expensive easels but I chose this one as it does everything I want to paint watercolors and to use my pastels and store in my small space. Flat down for watercolors and a bit forward for pastels. I love it and I can see myself using this every time I feel creative.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

THIS EASEL QUALITY IS AMAZING! Super super durable & looks great! I paint out on my balcony and it was important that the easy wasnt flemsy and this is very sturdy. Better than I expected! Ive been enjoying painting outside. WOULD DEF RECOMMEND .

Ce chevalet est un excellent produit. Ses possibilités d'inclinaison, le design, le bois chêne, sa bonne stabilité due au poids... Tout est correct, sauf le montage, qui s'avère être très compliqué à cause de 2 erreurs dans la notice de montage. Les planches n°2 et 8 sont mal désignées avec un mauvais emplacement de la pièce n°1. Il ne faut pas se fier à ces dessins. Sur les photos, je montre le bon emplacement de cet élément. Sinon, 5*, car le produit me satisfait entièrement. Je recommande.

La calidad de los materiales, excelente: tanto la madera (roble americano) como los herrajes, son de gran calidad; el acabado de todas las piezas de madera, los cortes, los taladrados, el barniz casi mate... todo hace que el caballete sea, además de bastante rígido una vez montado, un bonito "acompañante" en el estudio o el taller: es realmente práctico por su buen diseño, firme, robusto y además un "mueble" precioso.Las instrucciones, con unos gráficos demasiado reducidos de tamaño, no son correctas. Parece que se trata de un manual de cuando el ensamble de las piezas se hacía con clavijas de madera y no de su versión actual, en la que se hacen con caja y espiga, bastante más eficaces y fuertes. No son unas instrucciones fáciles de seguir, no son suficientemente claras ni completas y hay algunos errores en los gráficos. El proceso de montaje obliga a retroceder a veces y de no ser por la ayuda de algún vídeo, me hubiera llevado aún más tiempo del que me llevó. Creo que la calidad del caballete merece una buena actualización de las instrucciones por parte del fabricante.Aún así, el resultado merece indudablemente la pena. Se trata de un gran caballete y estoy muy satisfecho con la compra.El embalaje de transporte, con cada una de las piezas enfundadas en tela y todo en una caja de cartón dentro de otra, hace que el producto llegue fácilmente en perfectas condiciones.

instructions was pretty straight forward despite what the other reviews might suggest but the parts that came screwed in already were poorly assembled. One of the screws scratches the wood and makes the adjusting quite difficult. Assembly might be a bit easier if you have another person helping but it’s manageable with just one.
