A really fine little item. Works perfectly on my PC. Sound is good. Just what we needed to listen to music and videos on our computer. Only thing that I could possible say against the little speakers is the short connecting cable, but have plugged it into the front of the computer box and tidied the wires down the side of the box so no real problem. Would be perfect for a laptop.

I have a four year old pair of Ricco usb powered speakers and they are excellent but no longer available...these are the polar opposite! Yes, they are fairly loud when you remember there is a volume control at the rear, as well as your computer volume control (don't jack up both or you could blow the speaker cones!). The problem is the sound seems to drift in and out and it crackles when you use the volume adjuster on the speaker and then half the sound goes and comes back..akin to a loose wire inside perhaps. Also bad reverberation on one speaker. I am not an audophile but you would need to be tone deaf the uneven and distorted sound in these. Aesthetically, very plasticy and cheap. The maximum spacing from speaker to speaker is 55 cms, which be a little short for some. Not expensive but not much good if they don't work. Perhaps I was unlucky but I could not recommend. Refunded by Amazon without issue.

Ok for adding a little volume to a computer. No base so not that great for listening to music. Have other speakers for this purpose. Only purchased to get free delivery so can't complain.

Ordered these about 7pm and got them next day about 12.30pm by DPD (these guys are always polite and friendly). For £4.99 they're quite sturdy and the sound is good. I bought these to use with my tablet as the sound is awful and the speakers fit nicely along side the tablet on the arm of my chair.Would I buy these again or recommend.... Yes. Can't fault these at all.

These worked brilliantly at first, I thought the sound was actually good considering the price and the size but now after just a day of use, there is a very loud 'buzzing/whirring' noise when nothing is playing. It actually hurts my ears! Very disappointing, I should've known better as this is mentioned in a few other reviews. I will not be buying again.

I needed some small speakers for my PC and my Ipod and I have to say these do a great job. They sound really good and can get quite loud. They are USB powered which is great at home but does make it difficult if you want to take them with you when you're outside. The wires are also quite short, however I think they are designed for a Laptop more so than a PC so that's just my own problem. Other than that, they were certainly amazing for the price and they are quite cute! They seem to be quieter when using an Ipod but that hasn't caused me any problems.

I purchased these to take on holiday with my laptop so we could watch videos as a group. The sound was loud and perfect for 5 or 6 people watching a movie on one laptop. I think for £10 they're good value, as package neatly so you can fit them in a suitcase if you need to for travel. I cant think of any complaints, though I didnt hugely test what was out there on the market. These seemed, and did, fit my needs.

I picked these speakers because i wanted something small and these fitted the bill perfectly. Standard delivery arrived in 2 days, brilliant i thought but....Plugged them in and the breakthrough noise was so intrusive as to be unusable so i sent them back and ordered some more. Super quick delivery. Same problem but to a lesser degree. I plugged them into another PC and still got breaktthough whistles crackles and rumbles.They might be cheap but they should be fit for purpose and my experience says they are not...... so beware.Shame because Gadget Express were really excellent with the distribution
