Fitarc Joist Mount Pull Up Bar, Wall Mount Pull Up Bar for Home Gym

Just got this today and mounted. Great product so far. This will be outside in the AZ sun so I don’t think the padding will hold up but that’s to be expected. I wish the screws were a bit longer but it seems sturdy so far. Not bad for $40 delivered.

Excellent addition to basement gym setup. My basement doesn't have a ceiling so it is very easy to attach this to the floor joists above. Assembly and installation are very easy and straight forward, and everything was included in the packaging. Once installed this thing is rock solid. I'm about 195 lbs and even swinging in this there is no movement. I like the versatility of being able to use different grips as well.

This is a great value, I love the new bar. Feels like a quality product, sturdy.

Fairly simple to install, although the instructions could use some work: 1. The step where it tells you to install the middle bar mentions putting the left and right sides on a flat surface. This is good advice but it should specify that the flat backs (the side that will be against the joist) are what should be on a flat surface, and the rest of the assembly needs to hang off the side of the surface. This ensures proper alignment. 2. The instructions should include some general tips that some people may not know. Like adding thread locker to the assembly bolts and drilling pilot holes for the lag bolts. Other than that, great product! Seems very sturdy.

Nice bar, I installed it on a beam in my basement and it works great. I noticed in an earlier review that someone recommended using washers with the metal screws and bolts which I did and I highly suggest you do the same. I used an impact drill to lag the bolts into the beam then tightened them down with a socket set. Very sturdy and relatively easy to install, the hardest part was balancing the level while screwing it into the beam.

Works as advertised! Was able to securely put this up in about 20 minutes and had no issues. Very secure. Good for places that do not have high ceilings around doorways.

For $40 I was pretty skeptical about whether this would be sturdy enough, but it works great. At 200 lbs I'm not heavy but I'm not a lightweight either, and this thing doesn't flex at all during pull-ups. Very good quality construction that feels solid and secure. Came very timely with good packaging and everything arrived intact. Installation was pretty easy with decent instructions, and they even included extra screws which is a nice touch. The joist mount design is rock solid once properly installed. For anyone wanting a home gym pull-up bar without spending hundreds, this delivers way more quality than the price suggests. Highly recommend.

I purchased this pull up bar and it was just delivered. It was not hard to assemble. Most of the allen screws that are refenced in the instructions are already threaded to the pieces that they go in. However, this is advertised as a joist or wall mount pull up bar. If you're mounting this to a wall, I suggest finding your wall studs, which should be 16" on center, and mounting a 2x6 to those studs and then mounting the bar to the 2x6. The uprights will not line up with standard 16" on center studs in a house. Whether you're mounting this to a wall or a joist, find some flat washers that work with the mounting screws. It will make the mount stronger and safer.

Just put it up and seems very good and steady. Very happy with the purchase and price is very reasonable.

Sturdy construction. Easy assembly. Suspect the foam on the handles might compress after use. Bargain.

Goed verpakt geleverd met handleiding. Met vermelding op welke manier contact op te nemen als er iets niet duidelijk is en indien iets ontbreekt het gratis opgestuurd zal worden. Dit was niet nodig alles was perfect en ik ben heel tevreden met deze optrekstang!
