Ideal for what a needed it for a child’s school play.

I needed a mouse costume for a school play and this fitted the bill. There are four parts to the set, a fabric covered headband with mouse ears on top, a pink bow tie (on elastic), a tail with a wire insert so it can be positioned (on elastic) and a nose which, when pressed, makes a squeaking sound (also on elastic). The elastic is really only big enough to fit a small child, if an adult, or even a chunkier child wanted to use the costume you would need to replace the bands with longer bit. The squeak noise which comes from the nose piece sounds more like a comedy kiss than a mouse to me.I would describe the quality of this set as pretty poor - fine to use a couple of times in a school play, but would not stand much playing, with before disintegrating.

Mouse ears - great and comfortable to wear for a long dayTail - excellent although might be a little tight on a larger personBow - quite large in comparison to the small elastic on the tail, but I tied it to make it tighter.Nose - too big for my small face as it cut into my eyes, so I could not wear this part of the kit.All in all a good mouse kit but it needs to decide if its for adults or children as there's no consistency in the size of the products or the elastic. I am a small adult.

I got this for my daughter for a school play.When she first put it all on it was fine, But then when she spoke the nose bit had to be pushed up so her mouth was clear. With the result of 2 black eyes. The elastic pushed up into her eyes, she said it didn't hurt (she was so pleased and proud if her costume) she only wore it for a 10 min rehearsal then the nose bit had to be discarded. But it still looked great without the nose. Would fit an adult of you put longer elastic.She still plays with the costume when playing with friends so still a good buy

I ordered this for a fancy dress event, not wanting to spend too much I found this fairly good quality for the price. HOWEVER! the squeak part in the nose is very large and when wearing the nose it doesn't sit well on your own nose at all and is VERY uncomfortable, therefore, I removed it as it was only stitched in which was a ig improvement.The tail was for the size of a child so wearing it as an adult was a bit tight!!On a positive note the headband for the ears was very comfortable as was the bow tie.Overall, for a cheap buy and one off occassion it did the job.

My toddler loves this, which I bought for 'nursery rhyme day' at his nursery. He went as the mouse from hickory dickory dock, and was suitable adorable in this. That said, he was 18 months and the elastic on the tail was snug even on him, so keep that in mind!

Have set up a return as tail very poorly made.
