Excellent information for first time visitors to Chester.

Easily readable, good pictures of places of interest. A map showing a greater area could have handy which would then show the railway station.

Great book - I was going to live in Chester and wanted to know more about the place but now had change of mind but so comprehensive that I am going to arrange for a long weekend to see most of the sights recommended. So full of history and well presented. Well done.

This is a good booklet that summarises Chester for the tourist. It is similar to the one for Liverpool that we bought there.

Good guide book

very good information ref the city but I was looking for "whats on" inChester and its area in order to decide when to visit

Its a small book with plenty of information, wasily slipped in the pocket.Reasonably priced.I would consider a good buy.

Eine kurze Zusammenfassung mit vielen Bildern. Und es handelt sich um auch nur um die Stadt Chester. Aber ausreichend um sich für einen Tagesausflug dort vorzubereiten. Wobei mir ein oder zwei Sehenswürdigkeiten dort schon fehlten, aber das mag an deren Aktualität gelegen haben.
