Out of the box perfection.I was making ice cream with turbo whisk attachment within minutes.The blender and attachments are very good quality and should last many years. I am delighted.

I love this blender, has all the attachments that I need. Both jugs are a great size, really handy having two! My mom didn't get on with it quite as well, she found the handle a bit bulky and a little heavy to hold

Product engine broke within 6 months, UK Juicers were incredibly responsive and exchanged the broken part within a week. A good product, my last Dualit hand mixer lasted 8 years with constant use. I hope this one now lasts as long.

I had one previously that I bought 12 years ago, it’s seen some heavy use especially when making soup and various items for farmers markets. So when it was finally laid to rest I didn’t hesitate to replace it like for like, the design has been improved slightly and the implements tweaked, there are no blender attachments although there is still the balloon whisk attachment, for me the blender attachment would be more useful as I have a whisk on my kitchen aid however I still would recommend this piece of kit it’s so versatile, easy to use and good value for money. Looks good too!

Excellent product and Excellent cannot fault customer service. I bought one of these sadly it didnt work, not sure if maybe it had been dropped or banged in delivery. As with all issues like this it was on a weekend, and to make it worse was the Saturday before Mothers day and I was planning to use it for Mothers Day dinner. So I emailed Dualit on Saturday afternoon and expected to hear on Monday morning that they would need it back to check it and I would be without it for days or weeks. I could not have been more wrong, they emailed straight away to say that a replacement would be with me by 10am on Sunday in time to make dinner. They were right, on Sunday morning the man arrived as promised with a new one. That's impressive enough but considering we live in rural Wales I think that's pretty good going.The product itself is also impressively good quality. The unit is hard plastic but the wand itself is stainless steel and the blades are proper blades not just a cheap pressing. The jugs and extras seem very good quality. I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Perfect for small amounts, like pesto or hummus. Very easy to assemble for various purposes, it feels strong, looks elegant, and works efficiently. Most parts are dishwasher-safe. A very convenient kitchen appliance.

I received this today, two days earlier than expected, thanks seller!I’ve already used it to purée a soup, blend a sauce and chop some onions and ginger, it performed all jobs with ease with brilliant results. It looks gorgeous and is really good quality, I particularly love the variable speed option and compared to the old stick blender I had before, is less noisy, the dog appreciated that as he used to bark when I used my old one but seems to approve of this one. Five stars from me and five stars from the dog 😊 If you’re thinking of buying one, don’t hesitate, it’s superb and I’m over the moon with my purchase!

Broke just outside the year warranty, hasn’t had a lot of use, when it broke I just assumed the warranty would be 2 years from dualit, but was surprised to see it’s one year. Won’t be buying from Dualit again. Poor quality and poor service.
