Pharmaton Active Life, Pack of 30 Caplets

I have taken these tablets for some time. If l ever run out of these l really feel the difference, mainly in a lack of energy. I have difficulty in swallowing some tablets but find these easy to take.

Its difficult to obtain it from some pharmacies. Good value.

A little bit pricey but a must have everyday

I know i have a B vit deficiency, which affects me during the afternoon, or rather, used to. Pharmaton Active is brilliant. I feel so much better when I take it.

I was asked to try this product as a bzz agent and as I already take a range of vitamins and supplements it was interesting to try just one tablet to take each day. It is worth mentioning that failing to follow the instructions and taking it on an empty stomach is not a fun experience and gave me stomach ache - My own stupid fault!! They are very convenient to take and do give you a lift of energy but not instantly - you have to take them continuously for a few weeks to see a difference. When I compare the supplement to all the separate ones I buy each month it works out a lot cheaper, however I feel like I have more mental energy and feel more relaxed taking my b12 supplements.

World is full of copper, and I don't know why multivitamins add it too?A lot of copper in our food, plates, water pipes.Avoid it, since it has copper.

I was told from a friend who is a doctor that Pharmaton is gonna be really good for me as I am so active during the week and workout 4 days a week. But to be honest I am not sure what should I feel as I can not tell if it is working or not.

Tengo una queja con esto, compre en Febrero y su fecha de vencimiento es Marzo.....ese detalle no se menciona y la verdad por inocente compre asi....Me results poco serio estar vendiendo con cosas ya por vencer o no dejarlo saber para uno decidr aporpiadamente
