Perhaps the manufacturer's would be able to sell you a replacement dish? I hope you are able to get one. Otherwise would you perhaps instead be able to use a tall white ceramic container to stand celery stick or bread sticks in, so that it looks part of the Lazy Susan. Good luck.

what is the diameter of the central bowl?

Across 15cm down to 7cm, depth 9cm and hight about 4cm. The circular one is 10cm across.
