Ordered via Prime, came same day. Like other reviews, we had an clip on edge toilet freshener that had fallen down and been flushed and got wedged. This device was perfect, the grabber is really strong. Got it second attempt. Very pleased, saved a plummer call out. Hopefully won't need to use again, but it did exactly what I needed.

Awful product, quality is so poor

Like many others a plastic toilet rim block got flushed and clogged my toilet. Auger is very easy to use and within 5 mins had retriveed the plastic rim. Money well spent.

Good quality item that does the job is supposed to, actually made in Germany.

Easy to use. No assembly required. Needed a couple of attempts to dislodge the blockage but it eventually worked and prevented me from calling out a plumber.Value for money:There are some augers that seem to cost twice as much but o don’t think they would have done the job much better.

Ok so I flushed my daughter's nappy liner down the toilet and it blocked... oops...Tried the plunger but it didn't work so my wife saw this and told me to try it...You have to be patient and work it through patiently. That bit is super important. Once I managed to wiggle it through gently, I felt the resistance, pulled in the trigger to clamp, and pulled gently. Out came the liner, down went the water! Absolutely incredible! First time and worked so well!10000000% I would recommend! Just BE PATIENT!
