SO I ORDERED THIS BECAUSE I LOVE HAMON. THIS STUFF IS BAD. IT LOOKS BAD RIGHT OUT OT HE PACKAGE AND TASTES LIKE IT MOLDED AND RUINED. ALL FOUR PACKAGES WERE BAD AND NO ONE WILL EVEN TALK TO YOU ABOUT IT. IT IS THE WORST PRODUCT OUT THERE. IF YOU EAT IT YOUR GONNA GET SICK. IF YOU ORDERED IT, THROW IT AWAY. IT IS THE WORST. AMAZON SHOULD BAN THIS PRODUCT FROM THEIR STORE.JP

Finding authentic Spanish Jamon in the US is very difficult. This is!I like the thick cut, and it is the same taste as when I traveled in Spain. I hope the Jamon Serrano becomes more popular than the Italian prosciutto.

The taste isn't as distinctive as I remembered, though still decent, not as remarkable as it once was. Still OK but not worth the price.

There was an odd smell to it, almost bad. The Serrano ham was okay though, but far from a good quality Serrano. The ham was just salty with no depth and did not have the typical flavor I expect from a Jamon Serrano.

Smells like it's bad, so I opened another to see if it was just the package and the second one smelled rancid as well??? I'm pretty adventurous with foods, but I'm afraid to try this as I don't know if it's just rancid or spoiled...

I love spanish ham or any charcuterie for that matter and this Serrano ham was a great value and excellent quality. I have bought it before and will continue to buy it in the future.
