Solgar Calcium Citrate easy to swallow tablets
Take no notice of the 1 star reviews, saying these are horse tablets. All you have to do is hold them in your mouth for 30 seconds with a little liquid and they completely disolve. You also need vitamin D3 to absorb calcium, K2 to send calcium to your bones and not your arteries, and calcium can deplete magnesium, so you might need that as well. You only need to take 4 tablets if you don't get any calcium in your diet.

Top Tip - They Dissolve Easily In Water!
Feeding these to my pregnant partner, she had the genius idea of seeing if they dissolve in water because even halved she struggled to swallow them. They DID dissolve in water! Worth a try if you're gaggin'.

Love this brand of Magnesium
Magnesium really help me and my fiancee with sleeping and leg cramps. This brand is my favourite. And as you can see the bottle is huge and will last us for half year as we don't use it every night and in summer even lesser.
