Easily pulls snug
We use them to strap down kayaks on top of our car. Our previous straps were over 30 years old and beginning to dry out and fray. Eventually one broke as we were tightening it. These work just fine.

Good for strapping down light loads
The product is build well, and i used to to strap down some lighter loads on my suv. I wouldn’t strap down anything head with these but overall for the price they’re good

Nice Set of Cam Straps
I use cam straps a lot. Mostly for hauling our kayaks on a our trailer. I am always looking for additional ones, as they get a lot of use and exposure/wear and tear. So they wear out within a season or two. These have the length, width, and thickness I needed. The material seems strong enough for the job. The padding under the buckle is a nice touch to avoid scratches or gouging of the items being secured. These are roughly the same size, width, and thickness of all my previous straps, including my NRS straps. The one area where they differ (and the only area of minor concern to me) is the buckle itself. It is noticeably smaller than the other cam straps I use. Obviously, this is a critical component. In my initial testing, they held up to the pulling and pressure I applied, so my concern is based purely on visual observation of the smaller size. It may not ever be an issue at all.For the number and quality you receive, I feel this is a good value. With a more robust buckle, it would definitely be a 5 star item.

Generally pleased
I bought these to use as luggage ties when loading up my motorcycle, so I went with the 4 foot. They are going to be fine, but if you are debating the length or the 4 foot (or 12), consider going up a size. (You can always tie or wrap excess, but too short is too short.)The width of my strap came in at just under an inch 15/16th.I went with 4 stars for what I consider a design flaw in the cam buckle. All of the older versions that I've had of this type product were designed so where you applied pressure to loosen was inset below the sides of the casing. This extends outside of the casing, so if you were to strap down layers of items you will need to use extra care to ensure load shifting won't cause incidental contact that could cause an accidental release. (The actual grip seems good, so for most people and uses, this shouldn't be an issue.)

Nice kayak straps. Unclear what they are made of, or how long they'll last.
The straps appear well made, the neoprene(?) pad under the buckle is nice. The strength claims seem reasonable for a strap of this size/weight, but I didn't test it beyond confirming it could hold against everything I could pull, probably 300+pounds.I use straps like these for many things, including kayaks, and they typically last a couple of years before failing, either from UV degradation or buckle corrosion.Unfortunately I have no idea what to expect for longevity in these straps.First, it's unclear what the webbing actually is. "Brine yarn" is not a term that means anything to me, nor does it inspire confidence.Second the "stainless steel" buckles are at best only part stainless. The spring and axle pin are not stainless. So I have no idea how corrosion resistant they are, or are not.Seem like fine straps for however long they last. No idea how long that will be.

What's not to like with this 4 pack... it's great!
I got the cam buckle cinch strap 4 pack with the 15 ft. straps and think they are just about perfect! I like the 1 inch width because it allows the strap to kind of bite into less rigid items like bales of straw, folded/rolled tarps, rolls of carpet etc., but it still does a good job securing furniture or cut logs that you may have stacked a little too high in your trailer. The cam buckle's construction while not the thickest gage metal, certainly is thick/solid enough to reliably accomplish its purpose and holds the strap without any slipping/loosening until you push the tab to release the tension. The stitching appears to be sound and durable, and about the only thing I can find any reservations with is the little spongy rubber-backed pad attached below the cam buckle. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of having a pad there to protect the finish of anything that could possibly be scratched by the cam buckle, but it just seems a little, I don't know, kind of not up to the task over the long haul. I could be wrong about that and will certainly update my review if it lasts longer than I expected or when it finally gives up the ghost. Overall, even with my reservations about how long the protective pad will last I think these straps will give me a long service life. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, in my opinion I think you get a better value getting the 15 footers as opposed to any of the shorter lengths because what I'm doing with two of mine is cutting them down to 5 ft. lengths and then custom cutting the remaining length for other dedicated tasks like securing my wrench pouch rolls and my sleeping bag pads, which will be much easier secured with velcro, which my boss (wife) has graciously agreed to sew on for me. Anyway this 15ft. 4 pack of cam buckle straps is a great value and a solid 5 stars.

shorter useable length
These are good in certain situations, but since you need to make a loop you only get a bout half the length of the strap. The cam buckle seems to hold well and it seems to be good quality strap, but I have not had it for long or tried it on a heavy load. It does have have a pad for the buckle, but unless you are very careful I would not expect it to last long.

Longer than most
These are the longest five seen, at 15 feet. there are so many times my 12 foot ones were too short, leaving me to improvise. The web thickness is about middle of the road, compared to my existing other ones. I really like the neoprene pad on the buckle, so I can use them without the buckle damaging the cargo
