In the fence with this one. I tried it as a topical for psoriasis and it did not work as well as I had hoped….

Great way to get your vitamin’s
I ordered these drops to get the maximum vitamin d and k2. Which you feel a difference after a few days. But there’s no measuring with these drops. I overtook some and my right side started hurting. Which turned out to be my kidney. So please please be aware of how much your taking. The taste is off putting at first but nothing terrible. You get used to it. It’s quite muted

Tastes like diluted oregano oil. Haven't noticed a difference yet, but it does need to be refrigerated.

I havent noticed any notable changes in my energy or overall health with this. Im on my second bottle, and I continue to use it as it helps my body absorb my nightly magnesium doses better. I take it in the mornings after breakfast.
