Used this supplement for about 3 months and would rate it at 4 of 5 stars.Flavor - good enough that your teenagers and you as an adult would like. Tastes like fruit gummies.Sugar or carbs - 18 grams of the same, gummies in any form add sugar which is not the best, good thing to note is these only add a small amount but watch out in your macro consumptionUsability- easy to use however can harden in air or with time. Doesn't affect their quality though (see picture)All in all a good vitamin c and zinc supplement with easy to use consumption.

I’m not a doctor or scientist, so I can’t vouch for how much they actually boosted my immune system. They are yummy, but they stuck together and were sometimes difficult for me to get out of the container. I don’t tend to get sick easily, but in the time of COVID and other illnesses going around like crazy, I wanted all the help I could get before and during vacation… so far, no illness of any kind.

It is good to take vitamins but sometimes vitamins lack certain nutrients these gummies will help boost your immune system.

I have not tried elderberry, so I ordered the immunity support gummies for the elderberry component the gummies. Additionally, the gummies have vitamin C and zinc. I have had a positive experience with vitamin C and zinc, so I felt confident that immunity support gummies would boost my immune system if I felt sick. I only take the necessary medications or vitamins. I usually consult with my physician prior to taking any supplements. I was having cold symptoms, so I decided to take these immunity-support gummies without consulting my physician. And I am glad I did. I was unsure if I had cold symptoms or allergies, but the gummies helped. My cold symptoms, runny nose, and sneezing disappeared the next day.The immunity support gummies tasted pleasing, and they were chewy. It does contain 4 grams of sugar per 2 gummies. I am on a keto diet, so I consume limited carbohydrates daily. 5 grams of carbohydrates is not a lot. Gummies are average value for money.Overall, I am satisfied with immunity support gummies, and the description of the item was fairly accurate.

Got these for the family to take, when various bugs were going around. Both of my kids enjoyed them…even the picky one! To them, it was like having a treat, since they are gummies. They taste great, and give a boost to the immune system when you need it…what more can I say? Highly recommended!

They taste good and don’t feel like they will degrade or turn hard quickly. In my case, it gives some thing that is close to satisfy a little sugar desired while giving you some type of immunity support. I haven’t had any side effects, nor the family.I suck and chew patiently on them as sometimes they can get stuck on teeth or be swallowed quickly. This way the body perhaps can absorb better too.

I thought these are really great. When I felt I needed immunity support I took them and I do find that they helped me. I also think they have a good flavor and taste. I chewed them not swallowed them. I don't know that I would swallow them. I would definitely get these again. I'm new to using this and really found that it helps and think that I do like immunity support products now.

Gummies are my favorite part of my day. Especially if you’re trying to dodge colds, etc…This flavor is mild and definitely doesn’t linger like usual medicinal tastes. I’m more comfortable and more vigilant about staying healthy.Ever time I go to the doctor, he always tells me take more Vitamin C and I was thrilled it’s included. Overall, great addition to my health.
