America's Attic all in one box - Nifty!
If you are looking for a great bargain to go along with a fantastic viewing experience I would certainly recommend this boxset!I originally began purchasing the first few series boxsets individually, and whilst they are each bargains in their own right, it worked out more cost effective to buy this Complete Boxset comprising all 5 series rather than continue buying each series boxset to finish up my collection (and should help save on shelf space which is at full capacity). The series itself has an interesting premise, superb cast and outrageous sense of humour (which is sure to entertain) as each character brings their own brand of comedy to the show, from Pete's childlike grasp of the innocently immature, to Myka's OCD, Jinx's (albeit Gay) Straightman routine in the face of so much slapstick, Claudia's cutting sarcasm and all-round "Fabulousness", Artie's intolerance of everything pre cold-war era & Mrs Frederick's Deadpan refusal to join in with any of the riduculous antics that seem to be liberally interspersed between the many Sci-fi and Fantasy themed action scenes (which have fantasic special effects, as with most Sci-Fi Channel Shows). The real strong point of these DVD boxsets would have to be the hours of bonus material which any true fan of the series will appreciate, as it includes many Cast Podcasts and "Webisodes" which you may not have caught previously as they were only available online. Some of these are episodes which, whilst seperate from the main plot of the show, run parallel to it and introduce their stories in various different mediums, such as comic-book animation frames or the transition into an animated 2-d Steampunk theatre show etc all of which seem to be voiced by the original cast. The Boxset also includes the Eureka Cross-over episode (a nifty little addition which helps to further showcase how these two series are connected, being set within the same "universe") and the Christmas Specials. It is good viewing, cheap and looks great on your shelf....Click "Add to basket" for Pete's (and the rest of the gang's) sake!Enjoy

Caution: Addictable!!
Warehouse 13 was a recent discovery of mine and instantly became one of my all-time favourite shows. Imagine Bones, take out the gory bits, and replace them with the “anything goes” fantasy style of Charmed, and you’ve got an idea what it’s like. Admittedly slightly cheesy now and then, but that's the way I like my TV.The warehouse of the title, dubbed “America’s attic”, is the place to protect everyday objects that have inexplicably been imbued with mysterious powers. The main characters track down the objects, called “artefacts”, and protect the warehouse, and by extension the world. The main antagonists usually want the artefacts for themselves.Every artefact is different, which makes for nicely varied episode plots. For some reason I never quite figured out, they all seemed to belong to dead famous people (“people with Wikipedia pages”)—Sylvia Plath’s typewriter, Jack the Ripper’s lantern, Lewis Carroll’s looking glass, HG Wells’ time machine … you get the idea. There's a degree of predictability occasionally in some of the individual episode arcs, but overall the show twists and turns nicely. The good guys are loveable, even the grumpy ones (Artie). The bad guys (and the morally ambiguous guys) are equally fascinating, and for some reason are mostly English. The show ran for five series, and I think wrapped up quite well. I have watched the box set twice over now, but not all the bonus features yet. That delight is still to come!

"Endless Wonder"... worth every penny.
WOW!!! What a show. Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention Amazon.co.uk. If it had not been for you suggesting this on one of your daily deals I would never have known anything about this series. The best £14.99 box set I have seen for ages. Usually when the price is low like this the show is going to be low too. My how wrong we were here, a truly amazing original series with a bunch of wonderful actors that gave it their all. Your were right there with them all the way. The writers were smart and clever and the comedy fitted right in with the whole "lets not take this too seriously" vibe of the show. It syfy but not in a geeky lets be over everyones head sort of way. Both my partner and I had such fun watching this series. You would have to be a really unimaginative soul not to find this quirky and interesting as well as a hoot. My favourite character was Claudia my partner loved Pete. We were so upset when we got to the last disc and the final three episodes, a show of "Endless Wonder" The clip show at the end was great way to finish, not just a rehash of things from the series but new scenes previously unseen. Thank you again This has become one of my all time favourite shows.

Very inventive
It's a large box set.5 lengthy series and so I can only comment on what I've seen up to the end of season 2.It seems to be getting better as it goes. The episodes have at least one plot, but usually there are two. The series includes more than one story arc. So it isn't slapped together, but carefully thought out and planned. The artefacts that the agents have to collect have some bizarre properties that make for serious and fun and clever stuff, all at once.Ahh for the good old days were women were strongly independent, yet reliant on and poked fun at their male colleagues. Males also joined in the banter that made the sexual chemistry fizz. Alas, gone in the modern world of gynocentrism currently destroying the TV and film industries. On that subject, we also see strong powerful women of colour, taking a leading role too. This is definitely a feminist show but shows no hate towards men and therefore it is inclusive, Lessons for some in the modern media world.Anyway, I digress. The whole package is captivating and I look forward to the next episode. It loses a star, because sometimes it gets a bit like soap.It can drag a little.Highly recommend

It works. Just check the format before you purchase.
Not in the right format for Canada, but that was my fault for not reading the info before purchasing. Was still able to watch on one of my devices, and all the dics were in the package and worked fine.

I love the series
I love the series, and it was a thrill to see all the episodes on DVD. This is an outstanding ensemble of actors, both regulars and guest stars. What is also great about this collection is the extra features. Gag reels, deleted scenes, interviews. I highly recommend this collection for any Warehouse 13 fan.
