I would highly recommended as a temporary fix
Fantastic product it took away the pain in my mouth straight away! I would highly recommend Orajel as a temporary fix!

Cannot feel my mouth
This is one of the best products I have ever bought. I literally cannot feel my mouth and it's been two hours already. Definitely works. Careful if the portion sizes. For the size of the item, you get a hell of a kick!! 10/10!!

It works!
I was having some tongue trouble. This was the only thing that dealt with it. It stings on first applying it, but take sthe pain away. Worth keeping in the first aid cabinet for those painful little mouth ulcers

Works
My gum is now my tongue is numb. My lips is numb. I used a literal micro drop and now my mouth is numb!!! It relieved the pain on my gum in less than 1 minute.(Also for some people that are not used to to this kind of medication to open it you have to cut the tip)

Ok product just not strong enough.
This gel works but I didn't think it worked for long and the taste is a bit off.I would say it only worked for about 5 to 10 minutes too numb some pain. But not as strong as others I have used. It did eradicate some pain which is what we all want. But didn't eradicate all the pain.I didn't expect it too work for hours but would of liked a bigger pain relief for longer than 5 or 10 minutes.

Helps so much with the pain
I’m currently dealing with toothache and have an awful fear of the dentist, so I brought the Orajel as a just in case I need it item!Well the past two days I have needed it while I try and get brave and try and get an elusive NHS dentist appointment. It works very quickly and you can feel it numbing your mouth. The main numbness lasts about 20 minutes but it keeps the pain right down for about 6 hours, at which you can then reapply it up to a maximum of 4 times a day (always read the leaflet).It comes in a little tube but a little really does go a long way it’s excellent value for money.
