Not even the right product, these ones are awful, they won't mould at all and I'm a stickler for following instructions to a T. They are just awful, very upset that I've basically been conned.

I didnt work for me
I read through the instructions. Put the dental guards in boiling water ect. Place dental guard in a mouth but they didn't shape around my teeth very well.

Careful, made my gum bleed
I usually buy a different mouth guard on Amazon, but it is unavailable for some reason.Anyway bought this as I grind my teeth really bad and just can't go to sleep without teeth protection.What a terrible experience!This mouth guard was very difficult to mould, not to mention when I put it in my mouth it stuck to my gum, cut by the sharp edge - it made my gum bleed!Will definitely NOT recommend. Very dangerous. Beware

really uncomfortable
even after finally getting it to take shape, i found it had far too much material. it dug into the inside of my upper lip at the front and there was too much at the roof of my mouth making me gag. i have since purchased a different make which is not only cheaper but much more comfortable. i wouldn't recommend these. my advice, look for something which fits around the teeth only and doesn't have the really high sides.

Almost choked at night as mouth guard crumbles into pieces!
For your own sake, do avoid this product.I usually use a different brand but it's unavailable for some time now and really needed something to prevent me from grinding.Took me half an hour to mould it but that is fair enough.During night the mouth guard started to crumble into pieces.I almost choked during sleep, nearly swallowing one of the pieces.That's a really dangerous product and I'm surprised Amazon is selling such mouth guard.Will give Amazon Support a call as well, to make sure they are aware of how life risking this product is!
