Listen, you want a cheap set of resistance bands and don't wanna break the bank. This is the set for you. Saw a review from a guy or gal or they/them that said they were 5'11 well I'm 6'2 and did curls at a full stand with the bands under my feet. Worked just fine.Used the I-beam in my basement to do hammer curls. Worked just fine. I believe there are people that just come out to crap on a quality product because they believe expensive is better.I've had these six months, used them 4 days a week, and in different intervals or resistance combos. Working just fine!Buy em, use em like an adult. Come here leave a real review!

I have used these a couple of times. They seem very well made and that you can do many different exercises with them. My hope is that I will use them 3-4 times a week to get some exercise in. The bands are will labeled on each end and the different colors make it easy to find the one your looking for. Makes it easy to do something at home without taking the time going to a gym.

I work from home and wanted some bands to use and exercise with a bit in my office. I have some other dedicated weights and equipment in a home gym, but these are perfect to keep in a drawer in my desk and pull out and use (off-camera of course) during boring meetings.They are easy to pull out, set up, and use whenever I need them and I love how easily they store back in a little pouch so my office stays tidy.

I've been using these for a couple weeks. I like being able to put them on the door for exercises. I was a little weary about ordering these because I've seen some bands where the tension felt off, but the resistance seems pretty accurate!

Bought an inexpensive sat on Amazon back in 2017 that lasted until now. They are no longer available, so I thought I’d try these. Terrible quality and elasticity. Unfortunate that my return window closed.Cheap, Cheap, Cheap!

I purchased this set twice. 1 set i keep in my office and the other i take it with me when I’m traveling. They’re perfect for quick full body workout anywhere on the go.
