The mandalas vary in detail and intricacy; some are very challenging and others are easier but still not too simplistic. The book is HUGE, which I love and the paper is of good quality. The only con is that the designs are printed on both sides of the page. So you have to chose your color medium wisely; don't use markers or pens that bleed through the pages because you'll ruin the design on the other side. Also, if you're one of those that want to frame your work, you'll have to decide which side to frame OR you'll have to buy a second book if you do want to display every single one that you color. It's a great book with many hours of coloring fun! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent! *by S***E on 17 February 2016* I loved the first book in this series but I think I love this one even more! The designs are wonderfully intricate and absorbing. For those of you who are not sure about intricate patterns, don't be put off. I find that fineliner pens (eg Staedtler/Stabilo etc) are excellent for colouring the more detailed parts. Excellent paper quality, no bleed through to the other side.
