Just the thing I needed for my cakes and other bakes because of the angled blade. Its a nice small size and so very adaptable. Sometimes it is the only thing that will do the job. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic little palette knife. Use it at work all the time. Much better having an angle in it and is so useful another chef asked me to order him one. Mich cheaper than getting somethingmlike a global and the delivery was quick despite it bot being prime.

Spatola a gomito che con un po' di destrezza e pratica ci si possono fare impiattamenti veramente carini. Utilissime anche in pasticceria, look retrò che dice la sua.

Nessun difetto da segnalare. Buoni i materiali, leggermente spessa difetta nel prendere le cose molto sottili. Adeguata al prezzo proposto.
