I actually feel annoyed.However, it’s good because it’s aimed at adults and not assuming any fitness level or body shape. I really appreciate this holistic approach and these leg workouts are perfect.It’s very straightforward, easy to follow instruction, professional, effective and quite enjoyable. It’s not too long; the correct length.The warm-ups and exercises are done correctly and professionally.But her suggestions about ‘like an elephant flapping its ears’ etc irritate: I could do without that.I expected there to be a lot more on here than there is, for the price. But it’s the best one I’ve found.
