I use this hair Landot straightener/curler on my medium-length bob. My hair is fine but not thin, so it works like a dream, adding soft curl, volume and smoothness all-in-one! I really like the design because the controls are on the inner side of the handle so my fingers don’t accidentally change the heat setting or turn it off while using it on my hair. This set came with instructions which recommended various heat settings depending on the texture of your hair. I like the useful accessories this straightener/curler came with, which add to the quality of the product. I would highly recommend this Landot straightener/curler!

best iron I have ever used - its hot & great for think wavy hair

Love this product! It does a very nice job creating waves (and straightening if that’s what you want). It gets very hot very quickly and my hair doesn’t get caught on the plates.The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no way to close it except for wrapping either a hair tie around it or using the pink rubber mat thing that it comes with. It’s just an extra thing to carry/keep which is kind of annoying.Overall though I am very happy with it.

Does not glide smoothly down the hair shaft. Pulls the hair has you slide the hair down to the end. It really just curls the end of the hair, and you have to press very hard to close the gap between the curved plates. If you have very thin hair, it might work but just not a great design for a combo. You're better off just buying a curling iron and a flat iron separately.

I already have a flat iron, but this awesome flat ironer, with it's curvy iron plates, does the best beach waves! EXACTLY what I was going for and I'm SOOOO glad I made this purchase. It comes with a couple of clips (they don't really work with my hair since I've got long, thick hair, but they're pretty sturdy regardless) a glove, (which I didn't find that I needed to use it, but it's there if you need it), a velvety case to take it on the go and last, but not least, it comes with, my favorite (besides the iron itself) is a silicon mat that you can wrap around the iron, when it cools. This mat wraps around and even fastens to the iron so it won't come off. (I think there's some videos showing this awesome feature.) Overall, it's an amazing tool and you won't regret your purchase. And the price was really good too, which was an added bonus!

It works ok. I’m a little disappointed, doesn’t really give me the curls that it shows. And I like my actual straightener much better than this for straight hair. I probably should have returned it but I had high hopes for longer hair but it’s still not great

I bought this after seeing so many reviews of it on TikTok. I was very excited to try it, but unfortunately, it did not work out very well for my fine hair. My hair slipped right out of it as the plates did not line up in the middle. So there was nothing to hold my hair in place. I ended up giving it to my daughter. My daughter,who has thicker hair, Said she loves it and uses it every day. She said you are supposed to squeeze it to make it make the curls, but with fine hair, I was feeling like it was going to burn it off, even at a lower temperature. All in all, I liked it, I liked the concept of it, but it just wasn’t feasible for my hair.

OK, I have bad hair- fine, thin, colored and permed. I own practically every hair tool on the planet and still struggle every morning to look put together. I think my search is over! Here is why I'm so happy with this purchase:1. Easy to use: If you have used a flat iron, you can use this first time out of the box. And the results are much better than a flat iron. No plate marks, curls are curvy instead of straight, hair does not snag on plates, temp can be adjusted to multiple types of hair. For my fine hair, I set the temp at 330.2. Nicely wrapped and packed: Opening the box, it feels much more expensive than its actual cost. I particularly like the fact that it includes a silicon protection pad and a nice travel pouch.3 Price: I gazed longingly at the high priced competitor but couldn't bring myself to pay $150+ for ANOTHER hair tool. This works so well I am so glad I went for this one.4. My hair started out looking like a frizz mop and ended up looking fabulous (used heat protectant, of course).Not sure how it would work on heavy, thick hair, but for hair like mine I would highly recommend.
