Seems to be working well for my sore neck. Stiffness seems to be alleviating.

I’ve had several c-spine surgeries with multi-level fusions and suffer chronic neck and shoulder pain. I have tried many c-spine pillows and none ever worked but, this pillow is absolutely amazing. Soft, yet supportive of the neck and shoulders. Be still my heart … I’m in love!

It is a little to soft for me but it is comfortable

I have this five stars b/c even though it's so so slippery, it is a quality pillow. There are memory foam pillows out there that are just foam shaped like a memory foam, this is NOT one of those. Conforms to the shape you need. It is shaped like a memory foam with the dip in the center, lower on one side than the other, but in our house, we keep this on the couch, husband uses it for his sore legs after a long day of work *he puts in on the ottoman to support his sore legs, I use it behind me head or back when sitting on the couch, and our little dog prefers to sleep on it when we're not using it. I clearly need to buy 2 more of these, but I will also have to buy special pillow cases to provide some tooth for the outer case which keeps sliding off.

I just changed a mattress a month ago, with a new pillow from Costco. After switching to a couple of pillows, I found this pillow is just the right height for my neck. Before this pillow, I tried 3 pillows from Costco and other pillows from amazon, a total of 5! YES, 5! Finally, I found this is the best one for me. The stiff neck goes away with this one. I am glad that a 20 bucks pillow helps. Otherwise, I am going to spend more hundred bucks on massage.

Do not waste your money, it's so soft that as soon as you lay your head on it you're basically laying on nothing. It did not help, it was not comfortable, I do not recommend.

Not very supportive and pretty flat. But I do notice a difference and will be looking for a firmer version

I never ever write reviews on here but I have to for this pillow. I have hypermobility disorder and chronic back pain and this pillow keeps my spine perfectly aligned at night. It actually helps keep my joints in place too. I have tried so many variations of pillows that didn’t help my sleep quality, but this one helps me so much. My pain level has lowered at least 20% since I started sleeping with this pillow. Definitely my greatest purchase recently.Sidenote: It does have a really strong chemically smell when it first arrived but it went away within a day or two.
