An excellent resource for anyone going through the bible chronologically, reading every word in a year. Great to have all the chronological text together for each day. This is a 3 yearly discipline for me and previously I was sometimes flicking back and forth between several readings each day. This edition brings a freshness to God's Word and enhances understanding and study. Have used NIV translation for over 25 years, but dipped into NLT last year and I really liked it. Not dissimilar to NIV text. The large print is so clear, though think they do a normal print version too.

Received this last week and I am really enjoying reading the Bible in the correct order. It takes 15 minutes to read and it is dated to help you read through the Bible in one year.The large print isn't particularly large but it suits me fine. A bit larger than I was expecting so will be a bit heavier to carry around.

This edition is a great help in seeing events of the Bible in chronological order and the fact that there is a one yearreading plan is an added bonus..The New living Translation lends itself well to this format making it easy to understand. It isespecially useful to new Christians and would be a pleasurable addition to any household .I would have no hesitation in recommending this Bible to anyone .
