Rosacea Cream - Sea Buckthorn Anti Redness Treatment

I haven't been using this cream very long, but already I have seen a difference in the overall health of my skin. I am 40, with fair skin that is in rather good condition (not perfect though !!), but have recently started using retinol (for about 5 months) and then noticed that with that, comes a bit of redness... but maybe that could have been coming on with age to, if I'm to be honest. I tried using a cream with vitamin K in it, but found it was way too thick and never sunk into my skin ; it just sat on top, annoying and ugly because then my make up just layered over that. I knew of the benefits of sea buckthorn but have never used a cream with the oil in it (I have used the oil in my hair or neat on my skin now and then) so when I was searching for a nourishing cream to counteract the retinol as well as improve my skin, I decided on this product. I have not been disappointed at all !! At night I am able to use the retinol, as well as the ArganOrganics cream, and when I wake up my skin looks even better than when I used the retinol alone. It's not a heavy cream, or even a truly light one, but the texture is perfect and it doesn't rest on the surface of my face like many do ; instead it soaks in and enriches it. I didn't really have any lines to worry about, but the ones I did have a plumped a bit (a healthy plump, not one because of topical irritation). The cream doesn't irritate my skin or clog my pores either. The colour shouldn't be off-putting to one thinking of using this product. While it is rather orange, it doesn't make the skin orange. Just to be on the safe side, avoid using a white pillow at night though (small price to pay for the benefits). I have been using it in the morning too, as I have come to prefer this to my normal day cream with spf. Topped with my make-up that does have a bit of sun protection, that is fine for every-day purposes for me. A few other reviewers commented on the scent. There is a scent, but I would not describe it as bad, earthy, etc. I was surprised because I assumed it would smell like sea buckthorn oil (fruity) and it doesn't. Honestly, I can't place the scent (maybe a truly light-thyme??), but I do like it. It doesn't smell false or artificial ; it isn't strong and doesn't give me a headache; and it also doesn't last. This cream doesn't cover up any redness in the skin, but seems to heal it from the inside. I do regular peels and will probably lean on this cream post-peel (it's that good) while I'm hiding indoors. So if you are seeking something to help calm skin, but feed it too, you won't be disappointed in this choice. That all being said, I live in pharmacie heaven and while I do love shopping locally for just about everything, but I believe that this will be the exception to my rule, and I will be a repeat customer from far away.

I bought this cream because I was recently diagnosed with rosacea, something I've been suffering with for at least 6 years; mainly I get red, inflamed cheeks and small little pimples, making it look like a rash. I solved the mini pimple problem with the Body Shop Tea Tree Blemish Fade Night Lotion, and my cheeks were now smooth but inflamed. This product had instant results on my skin and really does give me an even, natural skin tone, so much so that I don't feel like I need foundation or concealer. It is a very moisturising product that I'd only recommend for dry/normal skin types (my T zone is oily but my cheeks are normal). It has changed the texture of my skin, so it no longer feels tight or rough, but soft and hydrated, and that effect lasts all day. The anti-redness doesn't last as long, but I would expect this. It lasts about 5-6 hours. I use this cream day and night and even if I haven't used it for 24 hours, my cheeks still feel really soft and moisturised, which I'm really impressed with, and the price is nothing compared to some other anti-redness products out there, such as the Clinique line. Overall I'm very happy with this product and would definitely repurchase (though it's lasting me a long time!)

I've suffered from severe acne rosacea for many years. I've tried so many potions,creams,changes in diet.Antibiotics from the doctor worked well for a time,but eventually the potency weakened,and my rosacea just came back.Not to mention,ultimately it was counter productive using antibiotics all the time,as my overall health suffered and I was stripped of all nutrients in my body.I saw the fantastic reviews for this product and as it was all natural and a good price,I thought I would give it go.All I can say is...this cream is miraculous.Within 5 minutes of applying this cream,the bumps under the skin literally shrank and the redness and inflammation were instantly calmed.My face felt cool to touch after I applied the cream,normally my face is very warm to touch,like sunburn.I applied makeup and my face stayed cool all day,with no redness peeping through the makeup.please bear in mind,all this was day one after using the cream,so I can't wait to see what the outcome is after a few weeks...I will post a before and after picture of my skin and update my review after a week.This cream is absolutely brilliant at taking the heat out of the rosacea condition,yet there is nothing menthol in the ingredients as far as I'm aware.It just feels so lovely and calming,stops the itching and leaves a lovely non greasy after feel to the skin and a great base to apply makeup...All in all,this is a superior cream for acne rosacea...10/10!👍👍👍

Llevo tres días con esta crema ..la uso por la mañana y por la noche sin nada más ..he de decir que no echo protección solar por que no salgo a la calle ..cuando salga la echaré. La crema es maravillosa , después de tres días se nota que mis rojeces y granos han desaparecido prácticamente

Hallo, ich leide seit einigen Jahren an Stadium 2 Rosazea (Rötungen in der T-Zone, im äußeren Wangenbereich und gelegentlich Pusteln) und habe schon wirklich viele, viele Produkte ausprobiert. Mit der Anti Redness Cream von Argan Organics habe ich für meine Haut einen echten Glücksgriff gelandet (sowohl von der Wirkung, Verträglichkeit und vor Allem dem Preis her) und diese ist nun seit etwa 3 Monaten meine neue Nachtcreme geworden. Als Tagescreme ist sie mir etwas zu gehaltvoll, man "glänzt" auch nach einiger Zeit immer noch etwas (nicht super stark aber für mich schon zu viel), wer hier jedoch Puder/Makeup noch zusätzlich auflegt kann das Produkt sicherlich auch tagsüber verwenden. Die Creme riecht ehrlich gesagt nicht sooo super, irgendwie nach Seife und... Ton? Also nicht "eklig" aber auch nicht gerade berauschend. Sie lässt sich relativ gut verteilen und ist semi-ergiebig, der Pot war bei mir nach 3 Monaten in täglicher, manchmal in Zeiten des Bedarfs etwas großzügiger Benutzung nun leer. Dies ist für den Preis jedoch auch völlig in Ordnung. Mich hat die Creme überzeugt, meine Haut wirkt morgens beruhigt und entspannt. War dieses Produkt das erhoffte Wundermittel welches die Rötungen "einfach wegzaubert"? Zumindest für mich nicht, aber diese unrealistische Erwartung stelle ich an Cremes nach so viele Jahren mit dieser Krankheit mittlerweile nicht mehr. Für mich "funktioniert" ein Rosaceaprodukt wenn es die Haut beruhigt, Entzündungen und Pusteln vorbeugt und das Hautbild insgesamt verbessert, genau das tut diese Creme. Daher auch die volle Punktzahl und eine Kaufempfehlung, gerade bei diesem doch recht günstigen Preis kann man einen Probelauf auf jeden Fall wagen. 5/5 Sterne Aber Achtung, wie immer bei Rosazeaprodukt-Rezensionen gilt: Jede Haut reagiert gerade bei Rosacea auf äußere und innere Einflüße sehr, sehr unterschiedlich! Was bei einem wirklich hilft kann bei anderen gar nichts bewirken oder sogar zur Verschlimmerung des Hautbilds führen. Deshalb bitte, probiert neue Produkte immer erst sehr vorsichtig aus! Auch wenn andere Leidensgenossen (inklusive mir) meinen dass diese Creme toll ist kann es sein, dass eure Haut auf eines der gerade in diesem Produkt zahlreich vorhandenen, unterschiedlichen Extrakten und Ölen schlecht reagiert. Ich habe hierzu schon ein paar andere Tests und Reviews über diese Creme gelesen welche von "Das Wundermittel!!!" bis "Ich wurde puterrot und hab den Mist weggeschmissen!" gereicht haben, deshalb testet erst mal eine kleine Stelle im Gesicht und wartet etwa 2 Tage ab ob ihr die Creme auch wirklich vertragt!

Llevo 15 días usándolo por las mañanas. Mi piel es reactiva, sensible y con rosácea en las mejillas desde niña y en la barbilla desde el año pasado. Tras la aplicación noto la piel fresca e hidratada, que esto en mi piel ya es muy positivo ya que me cuesta encontrar cremas que no me hagan daño. Creo que la rosácea está mejor, pero no se aprecia mucho. Lo que sí aprecio es la piel de alrededor a las zonas con rosácea más claras, así que quizás sí que esté funcionando con las zonas de rosácea que son menos antiguas. La verdad es que no puedo asegurar que actúe sobre la rosácea pero a mi piel le va muy bien. La seguiré usando.

La texture di questa crema non è compatta. Una volta stesa sul viso penetra in fretta ma subito dopo ti dà l'impressione di non aver messo quasi nulla. Ha un odore gradevole che ricorda il rosmarino ma sinceramente per la mia pelle arrossata e sensibile non ha dato alcun giovamento.
