Reasonable & fit good, comfy, but.....
I wouldn't call these pants which I had purchased 3 times already rip-stop as one pair had a L-shaped 2" tear about where back pocket is.Overall at around $16-17 (bought on sale) was reasonably priced, thin, comfy for hot-warm weather hiking. But at regular higher price I would think twice getting them as it's not as durable as I like. For normal city walk I suppose will last longer.

Extremely comfy
Originally got as a gift from my wishlist, but after trying it on, it felt a little loose despite it being the size I normally wear. The fabric is stretchy and the waistband also has elastic. The lined fabric is nice and warm, but might be too warm for the summer. Good thing they also have unlined ones. I ordered 4 after I returned the original 2 I got, and received them in 3 days. I exchanged them for a waist size smaller and they fit perfect.

Great pants, ordered two, slight quality issue with both
UPDATE: 3 weeks later and the main button falls off. I WANT to love these pants so badly. But man, they are just not made well. I'm going to fix the button and keep them, but if they had just spent $2 more on quality control, I'd pay $20 for these.Ok, my original review...Ordered two pairs of the fleece lined models. One gray, one black. The gray pair is flawless, the black pair had a quality issue with the zipper on the main pocket on the right side. No biggy, easy return. But anyways, about the pants overall. LOVE them. We did three days of hiking in southern Utah and I wore these pants over my REI pants everyday. Enough stretch and warmth with the fleece for everything I needed. Aside from the one defective pocket, the other pockets were plentiful and secure.I normally wear a 33 or 34 waist by 32 length. I ordered the 32x32 in these based on some reviews saying they run big. I’d agree 100%. Even with the 32” waist size, I needed the included belt to keep them snug. In hindsight I don’t think I’d order the 30” waist but for me even the 32” was a tad loose.Overall, love these pants and look forward to wearing them for all my cold weather activities.

Size chart is a must
Use the size chart. This is a must for this type of slacks. Note the unstretched waist line it could make a bug difference on the correct size or the wrong g size for you.

Very comfortable
These are very comfortable. They are not very stretchy, but they have just enough stretch to give when you are stepping over logs or climbing up steeper hills. Because they are water resistant, mud doesn’t seem to stick to them as easily as other pants. They breathe well also. While not the quality of North face or something like that, they are very good for the price you pay.

Thin, but doesn't absorb water.
Decent hiking pants for cool-to-warm weather (not cold). They are noticeably thin. I also find them useful on canoe trips, as water rolls right off the pants when getting in/out.

Nice fabric, fit is a bit generic/mildly sloppy .
Nice fabric, lightweight. A bit loose and long for my size. But reasonable price to value ratio.

Perfect for sightseeing Italy.
Temps were 65-75 degrees. Comfortable. Did not use included belt. Used mine. Loved the multiple zippered pockets, perfect for keeping pick-pocketers at bay. Only upgrade would be the zippers. They work ok but sometimes need some coaxing to operate smoothly.

Buen producto
