I used to have to wash my hair every day for years, no matter what I tried. Where now I can go 2 -3 days in between washes ( much healthier). Quite expensive for shampoo though. It does help rid my hair of product build up but not quite as good as I’d hoped. However, I do use a lot of product so perhaps I need to use more each application.
