purchased this for my 2007 mini cooper S and they are bright and the perfect upgrade with the same features my jeep gladiator had

Not plug-and-play! There are 2 plugs coming out the bottom. What do those do? Those should plug into something.I boight these. Should have known better. There is absolutely no way to contact the seller to get support. I tried on the listing, in the srller's dtore, the product support links, NOTHING! It is all very well and good for the seller to say to contact them for issuesm when they make themselves unreachable! The gibberish in the listing is a waste of time to read. The product comes with no instructions, whatsoever. There are no instructions online. There are some useless 32-second vidro clips, but that is it.Without support, the product is junk!As for light output, these seem to be about 80% as bright as the halogens, making these lights a downgrade in brightness! Changing the color temperature of the lights does not make them brighter. These lights also do not shine very far. If something is 6 feet away, the lights seem bright, but at 50 feet, they are dim, and anything further these lights just have a glow. I carry flashlights that are brighter at 230m than these lights at 50 feet. These lights are not even close to 1,600 lumens, and do not meet DOT requirements!Today is Thursday. I plan to return these on Saturday as did not work. The seller has until then to correct this. Either way, I will do a full youtube review, so there will be something for others to see and from which they can know what to expect from this product.
