Spiral bound, a definite plus
I really like that this is spiral bound and has a thicker cover. It has some weird fields that I think are unnecessary, like my mood, how I think the workout went, how long I slept. Just not items I'm tracking.

Good basic workout book. Cover good. Binding good. Layout good. Price good.But for me I wish there were more customizable books available.Like, I do not need a cardio section. But I do need extra columns for tempo and rest time. Also extra spaces for more exercises due to busy small gym and need to modify plan on the fly. Less margin space and more chart space. But still a good workout book.
