This version of the Gruffalo was truly "laugh out loud". Elaine C Smith unsurprisingly used absolutely correct vocabulary, always using the precise word that would have been used by a Weegie or Keelie ( aka a Glaswegian) So many writers slip up on the small important words and do a disservice. It just has to be read aloud!

Bought to change up the gruffalo worth it it’s hilarious!

Really looking forward to reading this to my grandson and he enjoys the Glaswegian edition and experience. I know I will.

This book is sooo funny. My family love the normal Gruffalo reading it ‘translated’ into Glaswegian makes it a bit of a giggle. Excellent book I’m sure the kids will love it.

My daughter's favourite book as a child and a must buy now it's a Glasgow version.

For anyone from Glasgow with a love of The Gruffalo, this version is superb! Bringing a wee bit of the West Of Scotland to a well loved tale.My class love The Gruffalo but have shown the Glasgow to be their favourite!

I am delighted with it, bought for granddaughter in Australia, who is hoping to visit after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.This will give her an insight into the language used in Glasgow, and totally confused her

Hilarious! A must have for any gruffalo fan!

This arrived quicker than expected and in great condition. My son loves this story and to have it told in Glaswegian is just a bonus.
