Bowron Babycare Stroller Sheepskin Fleece

My (nearly six month old) baby has been using this for a month and seems to love it. It is nice and warm, but was also brilliant on the few hot days we've had this summer. He didn't get sweaty at all lying on his fleece, whereas some of his friends lying on synthetic materials did get very sweaty. It fits his bugaboo bee beautifully, and I think made for a nice transition from the infant cocoon attachment to the bare stroller. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. It is so soft and lovely and has a very faint sort of woolly smell that I love too!

I had to send it back as I did not like the shape of it. 3 pieces joined by pieces of fabric, I though it was going to be a one piece sheep fur fleece. Did not fit on the car seat for that reason.

I bought this for my daughter who is a bit small to pad out the pushchair it works well and fits most of my pushchairs it seems comftable and warm in winter.//

This item is as good as most of the other reviews point out. It is well made and of good quality, with only one small but crucial (at least for me) limitation.I own a Bugaboo Bee and I noticed that other reviewers have successfully fitted this liner on it, which convinced me to buy it. However, after having received it, I quickly realised that it would only fit the Bugaboo Bee properly if the backrest of the seat is fully extended. The shoulder straps can get across the liner only at one point, between the back and the head sections (there are no slits to pass them through anywhere else). Therefore, when the Bugaboo Bee is set for use with a newborn or a small child, and the back rest not fully extended, this liner will not fit properly, namely the back section will be too long to fit between the shoulder straps and the crotch strap.I will not be returning the product as I believe I will be using it anyway when the baby grows; my relatively low rating is to warn those of you who are planning to use it immediately on a Bugaboo Bee for their newly born babies.

This is our favourite fleece, and we use it every day lining the car-seat. Prior to purchasing this fleece, I've noticed that our daughter was refusing to sit down in the car, when it became a bit chilly, and I realised that she does so because it was quite uncomfy to sit on a cold car-seat. After buying this fleece, the problem disappeared, and she's happy and snug in her seat - whether it's cold or hot. We've been using this fleece already for more than a year, without removing from the car (almost), and it's still looks like new, is very clean and pleasant. highly recommended!

Friend of mine had purchased a fleece for her new granddaughter and when I saw how comfortable it appeared I just had to get one for mine. My daughter uses it in the car seat, the pram and the pushchair and the baby happily snuggles in.It is cosy and gives enough padding for baby to be really comfortable. I liked the fact that it was all natural and although quite expensive it has been a brilliant buy. Well done Bowron!

This sheep skin seems to be really good quality, lovely and thick. It fits my Jane pushchair and Maxicosi car seat well and is easy to transfer from one to the other, even with one hand while holding 11 month old if necessary! It definitely seems to keep her cooler than sitting on synthetic dark material, especially in the car where the seat 'hugs' around her making her really hot.

Good points - fits my Silver Cross Wayfarer perfectly and seems much more comfortable than not using a seat cover for the pram. Good idea having a detachable headrest, as you can use the body of the fleece in a stroller as well as your normal pram, without having any of the material hanging over the back of the stroller.Things to be aware of (not necessarily negative) - I don't understand other reviewers stating that this keeps their children cool in hot weather, as this hasn't been my experience at all. After being in the pram for only a short time (i.e. 30mins or less), my little boy's back is covered in sweat, even on average days, let alone hot days. The depth is only about 3cm, not the 7.6cm stated in the product description.
