I have had this blender for about ten months, and I think it is time for a review. I had purchased other blenders and wrote reviews, and always gave updates on my dissatisfaction, so I decided to wait. This blender is very quiet. My other blenders had to close all the doors in the house and put a designed muffle on it so that I would not wake anyone up. This blender has no issues. Pretty incredible. I also have had a few issues, but still very satisfied with the blender tna the customer support is awesome. My first issue was that a crack had developed in the container, but customer service had me a new one within a week of mentioning it to them. The second issue is that the dial is a little loose but not so terrible that I can't live with it.If you are looking for a blender, your search is over. I use it every day and sometimes multiple times a day, and it still runs just like it came out of the box.

I bought mainly as it was supposed to be quieter, and it is. Am so glad to get my green smoothies back again. Had a vitamix, was SO loud I stopped wanting to use it. It is a tall thing. Luckily I have a spot to put it, I keep it on a place mat so it's easier to pull close to me when I want to use it. I love it. I hope it lasts for years. Going to try all the recipes.

Work OK but totally leaking oil after 2 years. I bought a wolf blender that is so much better with a 5 year warranty and very quiet.

So tall, it doesn’t fit well on a counter if there is a cupboard above. The cover doesn’t silence the noise enough to make having it worthwhile. Works well otherwise.

I debated on this one for a while. It was between this and the Blendtec at 4x the price. When I went to a whole food plant based diet, I knew my blender was going to be needed for tough jobs daily. I've had this for a couple of months and I'm very happy with it. It's high-powered, quiet enough, and very easy to clean on a per-use basis ... but if the lid isn't secure when you think it is, and you pulse while cleaning, it's nearly impossible to clean the 3mm between the sound case and the base. I now try to remember to keep my hand on the lid when cleaning.
