Excellent Deep Fryer – Exactly What I Needed
I used to fry everything in a pan, and I’d been looking for a reliable deep fryer for a long time – this one is exactly what I needed. The oil heats up very quickly, and the food tastes so much better than before. I love the built-in timer: I set it myself and don’t have to keep checking how far along the cooking is. Cleaning it is incredibly easy. Most parts are dishwasher-safe, which is a huge advantage, and the automatic oil draining and filtering system is outstanding. It drains and filters the oil into a separate container, keeping it clean for longer and saving a lot of time and effort. The fryer is sturdy, well-built and has a great capacity. It cooks multiple batches evenly without the oil cooling down. I’m extremely pleased with it – this is exactly the deep fryer I’d been searching for.

Frying Tonight!
This is a gamechanger in cleaning - although it is larger and bulkier than a standard machine, it is a lot easier to clean. The oil is filtered easily and left overnight before i attend the rest of the unit, removing the top control unit, the tub and preventing more drips with a cloth under the drain hole,, clean it out manually. I think possibly to prevent any leaking outwith this, to ensure the button is in the 'fry' 12oclock position before ANY oil is poured or refilled into the machine. The only downsides were the basket being somewhat scraping the rear element, as if it was far too big , however after bending in the rear of the basket it fitted OK. The timer isn't backlit and cannot easily be read, but also it is battery powered so can be used even without the rest of the machine on o in use. The machine is a simple on or off, and the temp control is the only way to use the machine, and wait for the red light to go off before inserting the food and cooks really nice, perfect with French Fries etc. I love that i can reuse the same oil and it pours easily from the base into the top box - again, only ensure the FRY button is selected before pouring it in.

Very good deep fryer with great oil storage system
This is a really solid deep fryer overall. The build quality is decent not the absolute highest you can get, but still very good and it feels sturdy enough for regular use. The stainless steel body looks smart and it’s easy to keep clean, which is a big plus for something that lives in the kitchen. The standout feature for me is the oil storage box. Being able to filter the oil and store it neatly underneath when it’s not in use is incredibly convenient. It keeps things tidy, saves oil and makes the whole cleanup process much easier than traditional fryers. This feature alone makes it feel like good value for money. Cooking performance is good, the temperature control is accurate and the results have been consistently crispy. The only areas that could be improved are the heat-up time and the maximum temperature. It takes a little longer than I’d like to reach frying temp, and I think it would benefit from being able to go slightly hotter for certain foods. Even with those minor points, it’s still a very practical, well-designed fryer that performs reliably. If you want something easy to clean with clever oil management and solid overall quality, this is a great option. Good value for money and the automatic shut off when temps hit their desired amount is a great safety feature.

If You Must
This is a great fryer, I know they are out of favor with health conscious people, but there are times you need a deep fat fryer and this is the one to have. Choose a healthier oil such as quality peanut oil, not seed oils. Cleaning it is a dream, dishwasher does the work. It looks like new every time you use it. The ability to drain it is genius. Someone wrote in a review that you should remove the plug in the oil tray when draining it and I do and never had a problem. It doesn't make any sense to you unless you have one. There's a plug in the oil tray that you remove when filling the oil back into the fryer. Leave it out until AFTER you've drained it again and THEN replace the plug before storage. I find the timer and temperature accurate and don't forget that there is an off/on switch at the side of the head.

Restaurant-Quality Frying at Home — and So Easy to Clean
I absolutely love this fryer. I’ve owned cheaper deep fryers before, but none come close to the Tefal Oleo Clean Pro. The best part is the oil filtration system. When you’re done frying, it automatically drains and filters the oil into the storage box underneath, no mess, no smell, no waste. It keeps the oil clean for multiple uses. Heating is fast and even; chips come out golden and crisp, chicken perfectly cooked inside. The stainless steel body looks great on my counter and feels sturdy. Cleaning used to be my least favourite part of frying, now it’s effortless. Everything comes apart easily and can go straight into the dishwasher. If you love crispy food but hate the clean-up, this fryer is worth every penny.

Tefal deep fryer pro
If you cook a lot of fried food at home, this fryer feels like it was designed to make life easier. After several weeks of using the Tefal Oleo Clean Pro, I’m honestly impressed with how well it performs. First, it heats up fast. The 2300W power gets the oil to temperature in minutes and it stays steady throughout cooking. Chips come out crisp on the outside and soft inside, and fried chicken turns golden with that perfect crunch. The 1.2 kg capacity is great for families because you can make enough in one go without crowding the basket. What really sets this fryer apart is the oil filtration system. When you are done, you just slide the switch and the oil drains itself through a built in filter into the storage box. It removes crumbs and keeps the oil fresh for the next use. This alone saves time, money, and a lot of mess. Cleaning is simple too. Most parts come apart easily and are dishwasher safe. The stainless steel build looks smart on the counter and feels sturdy. Even after multiple uses, it still looks like new. If you want reliable performance, crisp results, and a fryer that doesn’t turn cleanup into a chore, this one delivers. It feels like a thoughtful upgrade over basic models and worth every penny.

Nothing but leaks
The idea of this was exciting - an auto filtration system that makes keeping the whole system clean a lot easier. In practice though I've had nothing but issues. I've now had 2 incidents where after leaving it on the filtration setting, I've come back to my kitchen destroyed with puddles of oil everywhere. I've read the manuals, even looked to see if other people were getting the same problems. There was another reviewer who was having a similar issue and I tried what they suggested, but that didn't work either. The closest I got to recognising the problem was that if the oil tray was all the way in, even if it wasn't in the filtration setting, the black mechanism was catching on the nozzle and causing the oil to leak through even though it wasn't on that setting. After trying and trying and cleaning and cleaning, I give up. And obviously now it's too late to return it - I was just hoping I'd be able to solve the problem myself. The size is good. The head up is also good. But the quality just isn't up to standard with the brand which is a real shame. Now the only way I can use it is if it's double bin-bagged whilst being stored and stored separately with the blue oil tub.
