You need to know a bit about using this box, instructions are a little confusing, the free sat side is also a problem because I still can't get my regular channels to line up numerically, it's all or nothing. But I still like it.

Bought the DVB-S2 device.When it works it works, otherwise it has a lot of problems.It keeps freezing at random intervals, and in random situations.When it freezes nothing short of pulling the cord can restart it.I mostly use it as a satellite receiver and it freezes all the time.Sometimes it even freezes as it is starting up, and I have to cut the power for a minute or so to get it running again.And if you are wondering, it is up to date in firmware and using the Android system.Worst investment ever, a cheap satellite receiver and an Android tv stick on a second HDMI input, would have been a much better solution.

After downloading manual and a few curses got someone that knows how to set up and now it works a treat only prob i found was with the sat it loads some but get less programs to watch than normal freeview as most locked. this being on a sky sat dish not a freesat dish. so to ask my neighbour if i can connect to his freesat dish. I got confused with kodi setup but had that setup for me too and works good enough for me.

Handy box, had it set up as a tv box but only use it for streaming now. Works well

Lasted less than a week, overheats causing random crashes. Company ships from Portugal, so i now have to wait over 2 weeks for a replacement. They won't send a replacement unit until the defective item is returned and inspected / tested, not impressed.

As an Android device this has so many faults running Kodi. Having spend hours tryjng to get things to play on the Android managed to get pictures great but sound awfull or sound but bad lip sync and picture so gave up and installed Libreelec, which is a lot better but limited when it comes to using VPNs . Very disappointed with this devices performance.

Very sophisticated android box. This is my second and more vastly improved box. Takes some getting used to but it is definitely worth it. Try it!

The unit is itself excellent. Simple to set up ( however, I had help) and operate. Straightforward to switch from KODI to normal T.V. and back. Only problem I have is the 'ADD-ONS' - which is I think outwith the profile of the Kodi box. N.B. I hear now there is a later model 'version 18???'
