Needed larger than usual number plate to cover discoloured bricks from previous one (that had been glued to wall) . This fitted the bill exactly - really substantial, heavy thick slate with highly polished finish and deeply engraved number. Supplied with fittings and mirror screws - the rawl plugs are best suited to a 6.0mm masonry drill. Bit expensive but quality shows and should withstand weathering for a long time.

The number was very clearly carved and painted on solid and well polished stone. The numbers are big and clear enough to be seen from the bottom of our drive.It was easy to install. I placed small tap washers behind each screw as it was being fixed onto a pebbledash wall and I didn’t want to crack the stone accidentally.The only mistake I made was in thinking that the silver domed screw caps pulled off but they unscrew and I slightly damaged one trying to prize it off!A great purchase!

Ordered this just before Xmas 2022 just when the postage strikes started!Did not arrive so gave it some time...Gave it a month then contacted seller who could not have been more helpful - They promply sent a replacement which arrived within 2 days.
