Bought this item because of the good reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The shampoo lathers well with just a small amount and leaves the hair feeling soft. Would definitely buy this again.

This is the worst set of products I’ve ever came into contact with! Please don’t buy it unless you want to be bald! I now have an appointment booked with my hairdresser to cut about 12 inches off my hair as it has broken chunks of my hair right up to the top of my head!! I have thick long hair down to just above my waste which has taken me years to get perfect and one shampoo and condition using this product has left me with broken thin hair that I was unable to get a brush through!!! I can’t tell you or explain how I feel right now. Companies should be sued for this kind of thing. I have requested a refund but that won’t bring back my hair which will now take me about 7 years to grow back! Disgusting and dangerous… Amazon stop selling this product range now!!!

Like the product but packaging/ bottle arrived damaged the top bit of the pump wasn't there and clearly had been broken before it sent.

I'm not really the target audience for this shampoo (white and male), but I've been having lots of issues with hair breakage once I started growing my hair out, as well as the contradiction of having hair that is straight but also curly once it reaches a certain length. My previous hair care routine revolved around argan oil and I was very underwhelmed. I switched to Carol's Daughter back in November and my hair is in much better shape. I still lose just as many strands as before, but I have noticeably more volume and my curls are much more intact. I'm getting compliments on my hair again, which is nice. Another benefit is that the scent is wonderful. I try to avoid scents in my hygiene products but this time I decided to deal with it, and I'm glad I did. It smells like how summer feels.

This shampoo makes my hair super clean and soft. So far I'm very happy with the product. I have 4C hair and I haven't seen as much breakage as before ever since I started using the product

I'm in the process of growing out my hair after a bleach damage DISASTER almost a year ago. My 2b/2c hair is extremely dry, coarse, damaged and brittle. Any sort of shampoo, even low poos and very mild surfactants, makes my hair feel like straw and turns it into a complete tangled mess. This shampoo is so good that I can run my fingers through my hair as I rinse it out, something I've never been able to do with shampoo. It's very thick like honey and lathers very well so a little goes a long way. I have long hair and I use maybe 2 pumps. My hair is wavy and I find this doesn't weigh it down at all, but my hair is also very thirsty and porous. This is the ONLY shampoo I will use between clarifying as it does not strip or tangle my hair and also effectively cleans it. It smells heavenly too. For those with coarse damaged hair I highly reccomend adding the hair oil to your routine as well.
