🌟 The Skin & Tonic Happy Balm arrives boxed and comes in a small, 20ml glass jar➕️ This balm, designed for anxiety relief, comes in a small size because it's designed to be used almost like Vicks, where you apply a small amount to the temple, wrists, under the nose so that you can inhale the mix of calming fragrances in order to calm the mind➕️ The balm itself appears solid but it's actually very soft when you scoop some up with your finger.➕️ The smell can only really be described as uplifting and rejuvenating, certainly fits the "happy" label. The smell brings me to a warm, joyful, Summers day.➕️ The balm's base is made up of shea butter and sunflower seed oil, which are both really soft and moisturising. This balm can actually be applied to the face but you will only need a small amount as a little does go a long way. The scent is made up of bergamot, spearmint oil, geranium flower oil, mandarin oil, rosemary extract and citronellol which creates this joyful scent➕️ I would say the scent is definitely quite strong. If you want to really benefit from the fragrance, rubbing some underneath the nose really does the trick. It's really silky and moisturising so if you've got dry cracks underneath the nose and nostrils, this will really soften it➕️ The ingredients are 99.5% natural and the balm is cruelty free and palm oil free🌟 Overall the scent is gorgeous and the balm is very soft and moisturising. It would be good if the jar could be bigger for the price though. As for the anxiety relief, if you suffer from anxiety like I do, it's not going to completely erase the anxiety, but I would say that it does lighten the mood with the uplifting scent and does take you away to a warm sunny day for a moment or two.

I have tried other products by Skin & Tonic and I was looking forward to trying this Happy Balm. It comes with a super cute glass jar. I thought it would be more solid but it is actually very creamy and easy to apply.As soon I opened the jar, I was hit by a lovely and fresh aroma. I applied the balm on my wrist and couldn't stop smelling it. Very uplifting and definitely mood-busting scent. I work from home and often feel tired and when I apply this balm, the soothing smell makes me feel energized. It also helps with stress relief and clarity.Once applied it absorbs quite quickly but the smell is still noticeable after a few hours. I am so impressed, such a lovely and unique product. Next time I will try it during my yoga class. Definitely recommend it if you love aromatherapy.

Doesn't seem to work for me

This happy balm has a lovely smell that instantly uplifts my mood when I am feeling a little stressed and anxious.I appreciate that it contains natural ingredients as well as the fact that it is organic and vegan friendly.The pot is small enough which allows you to easily put in your handbag and take anywhere with you. It is especially handy and convenient when you’re travelling.Overall, it’s a good product that certainly helps with my anxiety, which I will continue on using. I am very pleased with it and happy to recommend.

Save your money. I wish I’d saved mine!

Skin tonic and happy balm.It's in a 20ml jar and consists of Bergamot, Red Mandarin, Spearmint and Shea Butter – For Mood, it's supposed to boost you up by relieving anxiety and waking you up. For skin, it alleviates dry skin.It's not exactly a bad smell and I'm sure some people like it but to me, it's not pleasant and doesn't make me happy, on saying that, everyone is different and I'm sure it works on some people.It's not expensive so if you suffer with sluggishness and tiredness it's worth giving it a try.I tried it on my skin and it did make it softer, although if you were to put this on say, your dry legs, every day, it would be expensive for you would need a much larger jar.Thank you for reading my review, I do hope it helped you..
