Very good quality blend of digestive enzyme that include Lactase an enzyme that help us dairy intolerance people like me. This Evogen brand is the first that I've tried that include Lactase which break down Lactose in dairy products and which will allow Lactose intolerance individuals along with plenty of other digestive enzymes that aid in food digestion. I've have been taken these with big meal or when I include dairy in my meal and experience good result with this blended enzymes capsule, you should take these before or during meal for best result. This has really helped my stomach to feel better. I usually just have one large meal a day, so these last longer. But I also take them if we eat out, even if it's just a sandwich. They are easy to swallow and really have helped.
