The fire looks real the fire has crackling noise. The fire has warmth it fit my insert very well. I'm very pleased with the price as well as my purchase everybody compliments at my house.

So very easy to install. Kicks out a good energy of heat. You have many adjustments to color and flame. I added a Amazon speaker and music with Fireplace sounds, making for a very realistic experience. LOL, at times i look to make sure sparks aren't flying. Just natural reaction to wonderful product. No real flames. I am very happy with my purchase. The remote makes for very easy adjustments.

This was so easy to put together. The trick is the screws to hold the glass don't go in the holes that they look like they go in. If you lock the glass down (slide it) the screw goes in right next to the tab. Took me a minute but use a flash light cause it's a little bugger. Once I got it together (by myself, widow), it's a great little heater and beautiful to look at. Took me maybe 20 minutes to put together. I feel like this will be able to be used for a long time, good quality & the colors are great. I like the remote too. Warms up quickly. Very happy.

This product heats well... But sadly the unit does not seem to turn itself off once the desired temperature is reached. I bought the 42" unit because of the color choices for both flame and embers, and while the look of the led "embers" can change specific colors, the flames are a mix of colors that you cannot choose specific colors for. Overall I loved this purchase, but I'm terrified to use it because on a cold 50° night it brought my living room up to 86°, when the unit was set to 72°.... Bought it in March, it's now December of the same year and there's nothing I can do. Very expensive, and useless without immediate supervision.

Nice insert but it was to short. I used wood to frame it in a tv stand. The crackle sound of fire is very LOW hard to hear unless you are right next to it. Heats well and it looks great after we used trim to frame it in tv stand. Its shorter than what it says by about 2 inches . Width is correct,but heght a bit off.

Fireplace came damaged also makes a weird humming noise and dosent blow air company refuses to replace it without a video of it blowing air worse customer service ever

The fireplace is beautiful. Was missing the legs (stand) because I purchased freestanding... I contacted company to send me the missing part... which they did... very promptly... I was very upset because this was a gift for someone for Christmas....I contacted them 22 days later and was very ugly to them... they assured me that the part was sent... and was put into a parcel box... I found out today that it went to my work address (which was actually where I had the fireplace delivered) They were very nice and gracious to me even when I was not very nice to them..... This company stands behind what they say...and I would definately purchase from them again.... on top of it being a beautiful Fireplace..!
