At the age of 28, my CFS which I have had since 14 has massively deteriorated. Once a camper, i now spend long periods of timeconfined to my bed.Without the reconnect, 7/7 days of the week, I was mentally unable to do anything, physically in a LOT of pain, unable to do anything. Asmall noise would make me cry out. On the odd day I can even go out taxiing it to and from a destination.This may not seem like an improvement, but on 7/7 days, I used to require a darkened room, and have even had food assist on the worst days.The fact I can even have two days a week where my symptoms are bearable, the fact my mind is far sharper despite needing a lot of sleep,it is for me a 10/10, it worked when nothing else would for severe ME. It enables me to live in my own house, with meals on wheelscoming every day, people coming to help care. I even get the odd day out, which is cherished as a gift from the Creator.Travel internationally with disability wheelchair assist to see my partner until he is sponsored here is somewhat bearable, if I havestayed in bed a week beforehand and book a seat where I can lie down. Post-exterional malaise time is reduced but not eliminated.It has not bought my hiking days back, nor my electronics business or care work days. It was overexerting working and hiking thatcause my mild CFS to go to moderate, then to severe. It crept up on me, and the level of disability is no joke.Armed with the knowledge to carefully pace to maintain the function I have, and ReConnect, I will *live*. I would whole-heartedlygive it a shot, what have you got to lose?I ran out a while back, and it was a near-instant return to 7/7 hell. Now, I stockpile this stuff, but NADH is an unstable molecule. TheReconnect formula is heavily stabilised and pH balanced. Many NADH formulas are useless as raw NADH will be chemically deteriorated bythe time you get it. Llevo tiempo utilizandolo y la verdad es que va muy bien. Te ayuda a concentrate en los examenes y a mantener la atención sin mucho esfuerzo. Es un buen producto y sin efectos adversos. A parte te ayuda a superar el cansancio mental y emocional empezando el día con Energía y Vitalidad y potencia tus capacidades de Memoria y Concentración gracias al NADH, la Serina y la Coenzima Q10. Lo seguire comprando.

Es muy bueno y funciona muy bien para la fatiga crónica. Hace años que lo utilizo cuando tengo las crisis de fatiga y siempre me recupero.

Cuando estás muy cansado enseguida te activa y mejora los procesos mentales.

Época de estres y muchos problemas para concentrarme en el trabajo.Decidí cuidarme, no vale la pena sufrir. Unos días de desconexión, más vida familiar y social, dormir más (muy importante), algo de ejercicio y el Vitae Reconect una pastilla por las mañanas.Cada día me encuentro mejor, y vuelvo a trabajar y rendir con normalidad.Dudo que este tipo de productos por si solos, hagan milagros. Pero como un elemento más en un plan integral e recuperación sin duda está siendo de mucha ayuda.¿Me hubiese recuperado igual sin Reconect? No lo sé, y nunca lo sabré, pero realmente creo que sí que me ha ayudado.Lo he tomado durante tres meses, ahora descansaré un par de meses y volveré a hacer otra tanda de tres meses.
