Made us realise just how big our portions were. Both of us have lost weight since using them. Gives help with balancing protein, carbs and fruit and veg.

The plate and bowl i have been sent has blemishes on the plate and bowl. Not what you would expect after paying the amount of money for them brand new!Not value for money when they come imperfect.

Bought one for my for my Mrs and for my parents after we all decided to go on a healthy living kick these seemed like the perfect diet aid, in theory very good and very helpful in reality you just get annoyed at the plate judging you for enjoying too much of all the wrong things and bury it at the back or your cupboard along with the Nutrininja then enjoy your doner kebab with the hateful plate mocking you and making you feel guilty !!!!
