Unconfortable
They are too big and not really easy to cut. They don't really fit into any of the shoes I own. Haven't being able to use them at all.

Air Cushion Height increase
Brilliant idea, but not what I was expecting. I was hoping to insert them into my shoes, but they are quite wide and they do not fit into any of my shoes (size 4). The only item of footwear it fits into are my wellington boots. It would have been beneficial to know what the dimensions of the insert is.I would say it is great for men, and ladies with bigger feet.
