Does this score out perform the vortex cross fire 2 im deciding between the two

This scope is an FFP IR scope It's not the same type of product as Vortex Crossfire 2 This product is more cost-effective

The ones that came with my scope were medium height and measure 2 1/8" tall overall. 1 1/2" from bottom to center of the rings.

what is the length of the scope?

I measured a 4-16x50mm (Model WHI SPIR FFP) at around 14” - 14.5” in length. That was by placing a ruler beside it and estimating the remaining space beyond the end of the ruler.
