PREMIER SEEDS DIRECT SWISS CHARD - Rainbow - 8 Gram

Has worked very well for me this season in a raised bed, like most things I over sowed and under thinned...well I didn't actually thin at all when I think about it. The chard is a lovely variety of colours, however this still didn't encourage the kids to eat it. My fave recipe has been frying off some onions and garlic in some butter adding the chopped coloured stalks for a few mins then adding the chopped leaves, dash of white wine and cover for several minutes. V tasty in a healthy sort of way.

only disadvantage was the lack of a colour picture on the outside, these were purchased to give as part of a gift.

Unable to give a rating, as too early to sow! very well packaged!

This was NOT rainbow chard. All the seeds grew the red variety and none of the other colours grew.

All seeds germinated and are 5 cm tall in a week! Indoors at present.

All but a few seeds have grown. Growing nicely.
