Are these in fact genuine siamp valves. i ask because they look grey (unlike previous orders) and have no siamp markings.

I don't know if they're genuine Siamp, but the greyness comes from a fine powder that seems to have resulted from the manufacturing process. After installation and a few days use they appear as black as the originals.

is it fit for toto model c945?

I don’t know what specific toilet box mechanism they fit but i do know that they were an exact replica for the valve seal that was in the toilet box originally and at a fraction of the price. So if the one’s in the picture’s look like your old ones I would say yes but that’s just my view.

These look identical to the one I've removed from my cistern but they don't shut the water off. I place the old one back in and the water stops. Y?

These are meant to let the water through until the cistern fills and then the float arm will shut off the valve. Check that you have connected the float arm correctly.
